Betsy Chapek, Artist

On May 28th and 29th, Greenmont Barn was host to art lovers from near and far. Our own Betsy Chapek, an artist of considerable talent, welcomed the public into her studio.

Chapek’s studio was featured in the 19th Annual Open Studio Weekend of the 2011 Vermont Studio Tour. Over 263 craftspeople, artists, and galleries at 226 locations across Vermont participated in the Open Studio Weekend. Chapek, who combines found and natural objects with paper mache, discussed her work with visitors to her studio and showcased several of her works.
